3. USER ELIGIBILITY

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms are outlined at the point of purchase or in a written agreement. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access to services until the balance is resolved.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by Find Your Divine Path and Veritas Ayni LLC—including but not limited to assessment content, nervous system guides, graphics, courses, and community resources—remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for their personal growth and integration practices. You may not copy, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes personal data, assessment results, coaching insights, business strategies, and other proprietary information not publicly known.

If we engage a third party to assist in delivering our services—including but not limited to a third party Sales Team, third party Contracted Coaches, or Facilitators—they are also bound by confidentiality obligations. These third parties may only use the information provided to them for the purpose of fulfilling their contractual duties to Find Your Divine Path and may not disclose it for any other reason.

We will not share your personal information with third parties for purposes unrelated to our services without your consent, except where required by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Find Your Divine Path will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our work is designed to support personal transformation but is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Find Your Divine Path harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
